What you get

Why train with us?

The things that matter, short enough to read on a phone.

  • The result is visible at once. Swelling and redness go down during the treatment itself.
  • No recovery time. The client goes straight back to work or on to an event.
  • You reach the sensitive skin that most procedures are too aggressive for.
  • It works beautifully as the closing step after a cleanse, mesotherapy or a peel. One visit turns into a package.
  • The option with the complete set at 532,80 EUR saves you sourcing the tools separately.
  • You buy the tools and the mixture from the same shop at wholesale prices.

What you will learn

How to work with every tool in the set: which one goes where, and how to guide it.

The complete treatment protocol, including the order of the areas and the timings.

How to chill and look after the tools, because metal that is too cold will damage the skin.

Contraindications, above all cold sensitivity, which you need to pick up during the consultation.

What you will learn

How to fit it into your price list

As a treatment in its own right for sensitive, reddened skin, where other procedures do not work.

As the closing step after a deep cleanse, mesotherapy or a chemical peel, where it calms the skin down.

As a quick treatment before an event, when the client needs the puffiness gone and has no time for recovery.

How customers rate our shop

This rates our online shop, not this particular course. The reviews are collected by Heureka, the Czech comparison site, and only someone who actually bought from us gets the questionnaire. The reviews themselves are written in Czech, so we show the score rather than translate what people said.

Common questions

What people ask us most

What is Ice & Metal Therapy?

A treatment with chilled metal tools. The cold contracts the vessels and takes redness and swelling down, while the metal works the skin mechanically. The result is firmer, calmer and smoother skin.

Who is it for?

For sensitive and reddened skin, for clients with morning puffiness, for skin after sun exposure and as a way to calm things down after a more demanding procedure. It also reaches the clients most treatments are too aggressive for.

Is it just a cold stone?

No. Metal holds cold differently from stone, and the set has shaped tools for specific parts of the face, meaning the bell, the hedgehog and the spatula. The technique has its own order, directions and timings.

Does the client see a result straight away?

Yes, swelling and redness go down immediately. That matters when you are selling it. The longer term effect on skin quality is built up over a series.

What is in the 532,80 EUR option?

The online course, the notes, the certificate and the complete set of tools on top. You get everything you need to start, without ordering the equipment separately.

What is the difference between the online and the printed option with equipment?

The content and the equipment are the same. The online option at 532,80 EUR has the notes in electronic form, the printed one at 553 EUR arrives printed in the post.

Can it be combined with other procedures?

Yes, and that is how it is usually done. As the closing step after a deep cleanse, after mesotherapy or after a chemical peel, it calms the skin and cuts redness. That turns one visit into a package.

How are the tools chilled and looked after?

In a fridge or in the freezer box we sell in the shop, not in a deep freezer. Metal that is too cold can damage the skin. The course covers temperatures and hygiene between clients.

When should the treatment not be done?

With cryoglobulinaemia and other cold sensitivity, with Raynaud syndrome, on broken skin, with acute inflammation and with oncological conditions without a doctor consent. The course covers contraindications in detail.

Can I do this course in person in Prague?

Yes. The in person course is not sold through our English shop, we arrange it individually instead. We teach in English, Russian and Ukrainian ourselves and bring in an interpreter for other languages. Write to Monika or read our page about individual training in Prague.
