We train in Prague one to one, just you and the trainer, and set the date around your flight. In English, Russian and Ukrainian directly, other languages with an interpreter.

Not yet, we teach Kobido online only. In person in Prague we teach other methods, such as buccal massage and lymphatic massage, and we arrange those dates individually. If you would like in person Kobido, write to Monika and let us know.
