What you get
The things that matter, short enough to read on a phone.
In the theory we cover everything you need for a correct application: the history of the method, the allergy test, the right equipment, preparing the skin, the types of tape application and how they work.
In the practical part you try several types of application on different parts of the body on a model. The course finishes with the certificate.
Afterwards our trainers stay available for the questions that only come up once you start working.
Kinesio taping is the basis for the musculoskeletal system: shoulders, knees, back. It suits physiotherapists, massage therapists and trainers.
Beauty taping for the face deals with puffiness, a tired look and contours, including the neck and décolletage. That is the beauticians' territory.
Slim taping targets the stomach and hips, anticellulite taping the thighs and buttocks. Both work well alongside body wraps and maderotherapy.
You will not find published dates with us, because we do not have any. Write to Monika and you agree on a day that suits you. Weekends work, and so does a single weekday when you happen to be free.
We run the in person course for three people at most. In a bigger group the trainer cannot reach everyone, and with a tape application a correction on the spot is the one thing video cannot replace.
After your order Monika contacts you and you find a date together. You are not buying a date, you are buying the course and setting the date around yourself.
Printed course notes and a certificate of completion. With the in person courses and the more expensive online options, a set of tapes as well, so you can start working straight away.

We train in Prague one to one, just you and the trainer, and set the date around your flight. In English, Russian and Ukrainian directly, other languages with an interpreter.
Prices
Prices are from our English shop, include VAT and cover the in person course including the set of tapes. Online versions of these courses are in the shop as well. The online course comes in English, with English subtitles or audio and the notes and certificate in English.
With the online course the shop sends your access by email within 5 working days at the latest. For the in person course in Prague, Monika will contact you and you agree a date together, weekends included. We ask for payment before the course takes place and we move your date once free of charge. Ask Monika on WhatsApp

We do not publish fixed dates. We agree them individually with everyone who signs up, weekends included. Write to Monika and you will find a day that suits you. That way you are not waiting for a group to fill up.
Three at most. We want the trainer to have time for everyone and to be able to correct the application on the spot. In a group of ten that is not possible.
It is how most of our English speaking students do it. We build the day around your flight and you can often fit two courses into one day. Details are on our page about individual training in Prague.
