What Body Wraps are

We wrap the body in bandages soaked in a concentrate of minerals and plant extracts. Those get the lymph moving, flush out retained water and firm the skin. The bandages are applied along the direction of lymph flow.

The method comes from Florida, where it has been in use for over thirty years. We have it in eight versions depending on what the client is dealing with.

We do not promise weight loss overnight. Body Wraps is a way to get the lymphatic system going, lose the swelling and make a visible step towards a firmer figure. Before a wedding, before a holiday or after giving birth.

What Body Wraps are

How a treatment goes

First you get a cup of Body Wraps Tea and the Fat killer supplement. The wrap therapist measures you at nine points and explains what she is going to do.

Then comes stimulation of the lymphatic system, the compound applied to the problem areas and the bandaging. After that you exercise for 30 minutes and rest for around 30 minutes.

At the end the therapist measures you again and compares the figures. A pack of BW Tea comes home with you as a gift with every course of treatment.

How a treatment goes

Eight versions for what you are dealing with

BW Slim slims, firms the skin and draws off water. BW Fast Slimming is its faster version with maderotherapy added.

BW Anticellulite softens orange peel skin with no needles and no injections, and in the Maderotherapy version comes with a massage of the legs.

BW Slim Mothers is for mothers after giving birth, picks up any separation of the abdominal muscles and is safe while breastfeeding. BW Sport is for recovery after exertion.

BW Skin Care is detoxifying and works against the microorganisms behind acne and tired legs. BW Antistress adds guided meditation to the wrap.

Who the wraps are for

You want to slim your thighs, stomach or hips and firm up loose skin. Cellulite is bothering you and neither exercise nor a diet gets rid of it.

Your legs feel heavy, you have swelling and retained water. You are getting back in shape after giving birth or recovering from sport.

Or you simply need to switch off and do something for your skin.

Contraindications and preparation

A wrap cannot be done during pregnancy and breastfeeding, with cardiovascular conditions, infectious, viral, bacterial and oncological conditions and after a serious illness or an operation. With hormonal disorders talk to your doctor first.

Before: no body cream, nothing to eat for two hours beforehand, no sport, ideally an oil free scrub.

After: no shower for 24 hours, 2 to 3 litres of water a day, BW Tea three times a day before your main meals, no alcohol and no cigarettes. Repeat the treatment in 7 to 10 days.

The recommended series is 5 to 10 treatments, 7 to 10 days apart. Skin Care and Antistress from 49 EUR / 1 190 CZK are arranged by phone. You pay in the salon in Czech crowns, the euro figure is a guide at the current rate.

How many centimetres actually come off?

After the first course of treatment we guarantee a loss of 5 to 30 cm in total body circumference. We measure at nine points before and after, so you see the difference on the spot and do not have to take our word for it. The result varies with what you are dealing with, how fast your metabolism is and the state of your lymphatic system.

Is this slimming, or is it losing water?

Mainly it is stimulating the lymphatic system and flushing out retained water and toxins. The Body Wraps Slim compound is also clinically tested to prevent new fat cells forming and to reduce fat accumulation. We do not promise weight loss overnight, we promise a visible step.

Do you speak English in the salon?

Yes. We treat clients in English and Russian without any trouble, and we can arrange other languages if you let us know in advance.

How long does a wrap take?

Body Wraps Slim and Anticellulite 90 minutes, Skin Care 60 minutes, Slim Mothers and the maderotherapy combination 120 minutes. That includes 30 minutes of exercise and 30 minutes of rest.

How many treatments will I need?

How should I prepare?

No body cream, nothing to eat for two hours beforehand, no sport on the day, and ideally an oil free scrub.

What happens after the wrap?

No shower for 24 hours, drink 2 to 3 litres of water a day and have BW Tea three times a day before your main meals. Skip alcohol and cigarettes. You can measure yourself again the next day and four days later.

When can I not have a wrap?

During pregnancy and breastfeeding, with cardiovascular conditions, infectious, viral, bacterial and oncological conditions and after a serious illness or an operation. With hormonal disorders talk to your doctor first.

Can I have a wrap after giving birth?

Yes, Body Wraps Slim Mothers. After a normal birth once the first six weeks are over, after a caesarean after three months. It is safe while breastfeeding and it also picks up any separation of the abdominal muscles.
