The intensity is roughly the same as six to eight sunbed visits, but you have the result in half an hour instead of over several weeks.

Without make-up, deodorant or body cream, in loose dark clothes and without jewellery. Twelve to twenty four hours beforehand, exfoliate your whole body with a product free of oils. Shaving or waxing has to be done at least 24 hours before.

Not before eight hours, and then only in clean water without perfumed soap. The best result comes from leaving the shower until the next morning. Until then your skin may look patchy, the colour evens out once you shower.

Yes. Two layers are the standard, each extra layer costs 8 EUR / 200 CZK and deepens the shade. The beautician picks it to suit your skin and how dark you want to go.

Do not sit on light coloured furniture before the first shower. Skip exfoliation, long hot baths, the sauna, the pool and the sea, because salt and sand act as a scrub and cause patches. Use body lotion rather than oil, oil washes self tanning products out faster.

On sunburnt or peeling skin, with a viral, bacterial or infectious illness and over a tattoo that is still healing. After waxing, epilation, brow threading, IPL and cupping we recommend leaving at least 24 hours, and a week after a deep cleanse or a chemical peel.
